Chris joined Beck & Tysver in 2005 with substantial experience in computational fluid dynamics, applied statistics, mathematical modeling, statistical modeling, earth sciences, retail, marketing, and software development. He is the named inventor on three patent applications related to enterprise application integration.

Chris was a postdoctoral fellow and scientist in the Climate Dynamics Division at the National Center for Atmospheric Research, and has also served as a tenured faculty member of the Department of Geological Sciences and Marine Science Program at the University of South Carolina.
