Office. Most of these documents are found on the U.S.P.T.O.'s own
web site, but are re-indexed here for ease of use. You may wish to
check the U.S.P.T.O.'s index
for any recent additions to the trademark forms. Most of these forms are in PDF format, so you will
need a copy of Adobe's free Acrobat
reader to review and print the forms. New! BitLaw has begun to convert the PDF documents provided by the Patent and Trademark Office into PDF Forms. These forms allow direct entry into the forms' fields. Look for documents of format "PDF Form."
