The number of general legal sites on the
Internet is increasing exponentially. Every university,
bar association and attorney is anxious to get their legal articles on the web before it is
"too late". The biggest problem facing legal researchers is not finding
sources of legal information on the Internet,
but finding on-topic sources which address their particular concerns. The following
list organizes these Secondary Sources according to source and topic.
As is the case will all areas of BitLaw, this list emphasizes intellectual property issues
and other concerns of computer and Internet companies. Note that this page lists the
sources of legal information, not the articles and memos actually found at those sources.
A guide to selected legal articles and memos is available at BitLaw's
Articles page.
