§10.157 Review of Commissioner's final decision.

(a)

Review of the Commissioner's final decision in a disciplinary case may be had, subject to § 10.155(d), by a petition filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. See 35 U.S.C. 32 and Local Rule 213 of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

(b)

The Commissioner may stay a final decision pending review of the Commissioner's final decision.
