§251.4 Arbitrator lists: Objections.
(a)
In the case of a rate adjustment proceeding, any party to a proceeding may, during the 45-day period specified in
§ 251.45(b)(2)(i), file an objection with the Librarian of Congress to one or more of the persons contained on the arbitrator list for that proceeding. Such objection shall plainly state the grounds and reasons for each person claimed to be objectionable.
(b)
In the case of a royalty distribution proceeding, any party to the proceeding may, during the 45-day period specified in
§ 251.45(b)(2)(i), file an objection with the Librarian of Congress to one or more of the persons contained on the arbitrator list for the proceeding. Such objection shall plainly state the grounds and reasons for each person claimed to be objectionable.
