§302.1 Public records.

(a)

All final determinations of the Copyright Royalty Board, and the relevant facts and reasons for those determinations, will be published in the Federal Register.

(b)

Records of proceedings before the Board will be available for public inspection at the Copyright Royalty Board offices, to the extent that disclosure is required under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552.
