1613.06(a)    Filing Fee for Affidavit or Declaration

Under 15 U.S.C. §1141k(b) and 37 C.F.R. §7.37(d)(1), an affidavit or declaration of use or excusable nonuse must include the fee required by 37 C.F.R. §7.6 for each class that the affidavit or declaration covers.  See TMEP §§1401.02 and 1401.04 et seq. regarding use of international classification to calculate fees due.
